Our Directors
Ulhas Joglekar
Mr. Joglekar, a Law graduate with over 40 years of experience in environmental consulting, technical testing, and business operations, oversees the Area Development and Building Construction sectors of AESPL's consultancy division and is in charge of all legal and administrative matters.
Rajiv Aundhe
Mr. Aundhe, an Engineer with an M. Tech in Environmental Engineering from BITS, Pilani (Goa campus), heads the industrial, mining and infrastructure projects teams in AESPL’s consultancy division. He also oversees the analytical division and is responsible for overall quality management.
Senior Management
NK Shendye
Mr. Shendye, a highly experienced marine biologist, heads our CRZ & Infrastructure projects division. He also collaborates closely with our Directors on quality management and assurance.
Himani Joshi
Ms. Joshi, head of our Analytical division, primarily works from the laboratory at Patalganga. She is responsible for analytical quality assurance, sampling, monitoring, and administration of laboratory activities. She is also an approved NABL assessor.
Bela Pharate
An Architect and Environmental Planner by profession, Ms. Bela heads the Construction & Infrastructure division of AESPL. She has over 20 years of professional experience and is an EIA Coordinator for Industrial Estates, Roads and Highways, Townships and Large Area Developments and works from AESPL’s Pune office.
Kavita Takale
Ms. Takale, M. Sc. and M. Tech. in Environmental Engineering from BITS, Pilani (Goa campus) with over 20 years of industry experience, is a former member of the SEAC-1, Maharashtra, and a QCI-NABET approved EIA coordinator for river valley projects, thermal power plants, metallurgical projects, cement plants, and township & area development projects.

Mohan Patil
Mr. Patil oversees marketing compliance and analytical services at AESPL.
P.S. Vaidya
Mr. Vaidya, based in Pune, has decades of industrial experience in synthetic organic chemicals and petrochemicals.
Hemant Rane
Mr. Rane is an industrial wastewater treatment expert and a member of the TAC, Goa State Pollution Control Board.
Shreerang Bhalerao
Mr. Bhalerao collaborates with Mr. Rane on industrial wastewater treatment consultancy assignments granted to AESPL. He is also a QCI-NABET approved EIA coordinator for common effluent treatment plants.
Dr. Tanaji G. Jagtap
Dr. Jagtap, a marine biologist and scuba diver, is an expert in EIA of ports and harbours.
Vasant Vaze
Mr. Vaze, a coastal engineer who previously worked at the CWPRS, Pune, provides critical inputs on ports and harbour projects.
Dr. Shobha J. Kamath
Dr. Shobha manages AESPL’s projects in Gujarat from her office in Vadodara. She is an educator and seasoned EIA professional with expertise in botany and EIA of construction projects.
Nitin K. Tiwari
Mr. Tiwari works with Dr Shobha in managing AESPL’s projects in Gujarat. He is an expert in industrial EIA and a QCI-NABET approved EIA coordinator for cement plants, pesticides, industrial estates, and ports & harbours.
